  5. Tenex Procedure: This minimally invasive treatment involves removing scar tissue caused by plantar fasciitis without surgery. Ultrasound imaging is used to identify the damaged tissue, which is then removed with a small instrument.

While these treatments can provide relief, they may not work for everyone. Treatment plans can vary depending on the individual’s specific needs and the severity of the condition.
