A former finance professional, she transitioned into special education after identifying gaps in holistic early-intervention support in Singapore, leading her to establish Bridging the Gap in 2017. She holds a Master of Education (Special Education) from Nanyang Technological University and multiple specialist certifications, and leads a multidisciplinary team that integrates therapy, education, and technology to help neurodivergent children thrive.
