Marcus Tow is the Principal Physiotherapist at Allium Healthcare. He is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council and holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, jointly awarded by the Singapore Institute of Technology and Trinity College Dublin. His clinical experience spans hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centres, with expertise in neurorehabilitation, geriatrics, paediatrics, orthopaedics, palliative care, and dementia care.
Extended family time during Christmas and New Year can reveal subtle mobility changes in elderly loved ones. These early signs, if noticed in time, may prevent falls, chronic pain, and loss of independence in the year ahead.
